Privacy notice

Updated October 5, 2026. This notice covers the Peak Heat Saunas website and Peak Heat Booking inquiry tools, including previews.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we use your name, email, requested dates, delivery address and message to answer questions and arrange your sauna experience and reservation. Correspondence is kept in our shared business inbox and may be accessed by the Peak Heat team handling your request.

When you check delivery availability with contact details entered, we save your name, email, phone, group size, selected experience and dates, address and delivery result in our private reservation leads dashboard, including when you do not complete checkout. We track checkout and payment progress to help our team follow up about your reservation. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Google account access and email

Peak Heat Booking uses Google OAuth and the Gmail API to send website inquiries to peakheatsaunas@gmail.com from our authorized business account. The customer email is used as the reply address. Customers do not need to connect a Google account. This integration requests permission to send email; it does not request permission to read your inbox. Google authorization credentials are stored in server-side hosting configuration and are not included in website pages.

Google user data is used to operate this email functionality. It is not sold or used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. Peak Heat Booking's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Address checks and website services

Where address suggestions are available, address text you type is sent through our server to Google Maps to suggest addresses. Delivery checks send the address to Google Maps to calculate driving distance. We do not save the suggestion list. Google processes information under its Privacy Policy.

Vercel hosts the website and provides website analytics and performance monitoring. Hosting, database and email providers process information needed to operate the service, store inquiries where applicable, and limit abuse. The inquiry tool keeps a hashed submission reference for seven days to prevent duplicate sends.

We also measure public page views, booking-button clicks, and campaign referrals using a random browser-tab identifier. When you check delivery, that identifier may link the visit to your reservation progress. We do not include form text, email addresses, delivery addresses, or payment details in these activity events. We retain the events for up to 90 days and honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for this tracking. Private staff pages are excluded.

Retention and requests

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and maintain business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information by emailing peakheatsaunas@gmail.com. We may need to retain records for outstanding reservations or legal obligations. The authorized account owner can revoke the app's access in Google Account connections.
